Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are expecting a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email of telephone. 

K.N.D Magic is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it you should contact your local United States Postal Service or UPS.

In the hot summer months the body butters can melt during shipping. We are doing everything to avoid that. We will not ship body butter at the end of the week. That's to avoid it being stuck in the warehouse over the weekend.
